Performance of Top Adventure Games on Unified Platform in Nigeria, Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the adventure games category in Nigeria saw varied performance across the top five games on a unified platform, according to Sensor Tower data.

Modern Combat 5: mobile FPS from Gameloft SE experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at $87 in early October and observing a slight dip to $47 by the end of December. Weekly downloads showed a positive trend, rising from approximately 7.3K in late September to over 8.9K by the end of December. Active users also increased, from around 11.5K to 13.5K throughout the quarter.

Cover Fire: Offline Shooting by Viva Games Studios had a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at 6.6K and reaching 7.2K by the end of the quarter. Despite a drop in revenue to $6 at the end of December, it maintained a steady active user base, peaking at approximately 27.7K.

The Legend of Neverland from SKYWORK AI Pte. Ltd. saw a significant revenue peak at $4.4K in mid-December, although downloads fluctuated, peaking at 6.9K before declining. Active users increased notably to 8.4K in early December before settling around 2.5K at the quarter's end.

Immortal Rising 2 by Planetarium Labs SG showed a dramatic increase in weekly revenue, reaching $4.6K in mid-December. Downloads and active users also saw substantial growth, with downloads peaking at 9.3K and active users rising to 11.8K.

Finally, Super Machino: adventure game by TOH Games maintained steady download numbers around 2K throughout the quarter, with active users gradually increasing from 4.5K to 5.2K by the quarter's end.
